The DUI School consists of eight (8) hours of educational content.

Offenders are generally given three to six months to complete the course after their conviction.

Participants can choose between completing the DUI School as an online course or attending in-person classes.

Most individuals opt for online courses due to convenience.

4. Additional Programs for High BAC Levels

If an offender has a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.18% or higher, they may also be required to attend the Coroner’s DUI Program.

This program involves viewing graphic images related to drunk driving fatalities but does not include witnessing actual autopsies.

5. Consequences of Non-completion

Failing to complete the DUI School by the deadline can lead to further legal repercussions, including potential jail time of up to six months.
